Vehicle Booking System (VBS)

TCS has implemented a Vehicle Booking System (VBS) to allow the terminal users to make the most efficient use of the terminal facilities.

The VBS provides the transport industry with the fast, efficient and consistent level of service the industry requires. It allows for the flexibility required by hauliers to optimise their service to their customers and provides a very cost-effective way to plan and organise the movement of container cargo from end to end. The VBS has allowed TCS to provide a more efficient service to all our customers and the industry as a whole.

Key Points on VBS

  • VBS is mandatory and anyone not registered will not be allowed to make a booking.
  • VBS will only allow bookings for containers that are cleared or exec’d for import, export or storage.
  • All bookings must be placed through the VBS website: www.vbstcs.co.uk
  • A Help Desk is available from Monday 22:00 hrs through to Saturday 14:00 hrs on telephone numbers 01375 363 738 / 739 / 764.
  • Registration forms can be obtained from our VBS Coordinator as per details below.
