EPIC 2 Moves to Tilbury

The Europe Pakistan India Consortium (EPIC 2) moved to Tilbury and started regular calls at TCS from November 2007. This is a joint service operated by CMA-CGM, Hapag-Lloyd and Hamburg-Sud, which complements the already long established EPIC 1 service at TCS. A total of six vessels are deployed on the service, four provided by CMA-CGM and one each provided by the other partners, Hamburg-Sud and Hapag-Lloyd.

On the occasion of the inaugural call of this service on 12 November 2007, Mike Gibson, TCS Director/General Manager, presented the Captain of the CMA-CGM Tulip with a plaque containing the TCS coat of arms.
